Kiran’s practice areas provide a full range of family law services, including pre-marriage and post-marriage issues. She has vast experience in dealing with family law cases. With herself being a very devoted family person, she understands the importance of a family and tries to give the best advice and best solution to all family cases.
She completed her law degree in 1996 in India, and has practiced in various levels of courts. Kiran also has been an active member of women redressal forums and women cells.
She moved to Canada with her family in 2005 where she devoted herself exclusively to her family for 6 years raising her 3 kids. At the same time she also extended her work experience and education in all areas of immigration, refugee and citizenship law. Kiran was called to the BC bar in 2015.
Apart from taking family cases, she also assists individuals with all Canadian immigration issues including family sponsorships, study permits, work permits, visitor visas, citizenship applications and refugee applications.
She is very fluent in Punjabi and Hindi languages, which gives her more chance to interact with people from different communities.
During her free time, gardening and reading books is her passion. She also likes to travel and watch movies with her family.
