Jamie Nay is a litigation lawyer based in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. His practice focuses on civil litigation, family law disputes, estate litigation, and criminal defence. He represents clients in the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court, handling matters such as contract disputes, construction claims, property division, parenting and support issues, wills and estates litigation, and criminal charges.

Born and raised in Maple Ridge, Jamie studied Classics at Dalhousie University before returning to British Columbia to complete an Honours degree and later his Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria.

Before entering law, Jamie worked as a web developer, bringing a practical, problem-solving mindset to his legal practice. His clients value his strategic approach to litigation, his ability to negotiate and resolve disputes efficiently, and his willingness to take cases to trial when necessary.

When he’s not working or spending time with his family, Jamie enjoys cycling, hockey, making hot sauce, and playing guitar in his long-running rock band.
